- Shown in venues around the world in conjunction with Chopin's 200th birthday, this biographical film of Chopin and his personal experiences focuses on the great composer's youth, chronicling the formative years of 1825 to 1831, a time of social unrest throughout Europe. Not only an outstanding talent in music but also a young man inflamed with the revolutionary spirit of his native Poland, Chopin, while on tour in Vienna, gets word of the November Uprising in Warsaw and tries to return home, only to fall ill.
