This study begins from the problems that arise related to the discussion of the ITE Bill in the DPR, as well as the revision and implementation of the ITE Law. Especially issues related to cases that cause polemics and disturb the feeling of justice. This study aims to describe the construction of social reality in the form of thoughts, ideas, and discourses behind the implementation of the ITE Law. This study is also intended to determine the involvement of public participation in influencing the processes of legal formation and public policy in state institutions as described by Habermas (1989). So far, the growing assumption is that the ITE Law has limited freedom of expression and there is a state motivation to demand civil society compliance through repressive state apparatus. The question to be answered in this research is to what extent are the principles of deliberative democracy found in the social processes that occur in the discussion of the ITE Bill, revision and implementation of the ITE Law? Our argument is that the process of discussing the revision of the ITE Law and evaluating this law is not based on the principles of deliberative democracy, thereby strengthening the regime of digital authoritarianism.

The banking industry plays a crucial role in the financial and economic growth of a country. A well-functioning banking sector acts as a catalyst in achieving rapid economic development by providing a stable financial system, mobilizing savings, channeling funds to productive sectors, facilitating transactions, and supporting monetary policy. However, one challenge that banks face is the issue of Non-Performing Assets (NPA), which refers to loans that are not repaid by borrowers as per the agreed terms. In conclusion, high levels of NPAs can have several limitations on the banking sector and the economy, including reduced incomes, unrecoverable principal amounts, negative indicators, operational inefficiency, political interference, and constraints on financing for certain sectors. Effective management of NPAs is crucial for maintaining a healthy banking sector and supporting sustainable economic growth. The present comparative study is aim to know NPAs of Bank of Maharashtra(BOM) and ICICI bank the study applied quantitative research method. In this paper, the NPAs of public and private sector banks in India has been compared over a period of last five financial years. It has been observed that the percentage of net NPAs to net advances in public sector banks is varied between 3.1-0.9. In case of private sector banks, it varied between 2.4-0.4. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, chi square test, etc. This study also identifies the cause of the increasing non-performing assets in the banks and a few suggestions.

This journal aims to analyze the role of mentoring and grief counseling due to the loss or death of someone who cannot be forgotten and resolved so that it becomes a heavy burden, and sucks out one's creativity. The longer the healing process, the greater the risk of grief for its integrity. In this case, people grieving because of death need to get attention from various parties, one of which is the Church in the form of an assistance, for this reason this study aims to describe and analyze forms of pastoral care that has been carried out so far and to develop a pattern of pastoral assistance for people grieving due to death. To obtain data, the authors use direct interview techniques with informants consisting of servants and people who experience grief due to death, both unexpected and sudden deaths. The results obtained from this study indicate that the pastoral care that has been carried out by the ministry is only temporary and is carried out when a grieving person contacts the minister, so that the grieving person is still in an atmosphere of grief because he does not receive effective assistance. The pastoral assistance that is carried out requires a pattern that can serve as a guide for ministers in providing help, for that the author offers a pattern of assistance that can be adapted to the needs of grieving people with different types of grief, namely a spiral mentoring pattern where the counselee will not always be the counselee because when he has been helped he will empower himself to become a counselor and can help others too

Entering the era of information and free trade, PT. Samudera Mulia Abadi requires a certain advantage in order to face national and international competition. For this reason, every company strives to provide the best service facilities for customers through the accuracy, precision and effectiveness of information. These things must be supported by the development of information technology at this time. An organization that has a well-designed information system will generally have a competitive advantage over an organization with a weaker system. However, the facts show that the implementation of an information system is not easy. The more departments related to the information system, the more complex the information system will be and the higher the risk of failure. This research takes a case study of the effectiveness of information system implementation at PT Samudera Mulia Abadi (SMA) and what factors influence it. The method use in this study is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to all respondents who use an integrated information system at PT SMA. From the research results, it was found that several factors influence the effectiveness of information system implementation, including : user interaction with information systems, IT support, involvement of consultants and features of information systems. Without the above factors, it is very unlikely that companies that implement integrated information systems can take maximum advantage of integrated information systems that are applied to their companies

The progress of construction work has different deviations at a certain point in time. Various factors cause inequality. A positive progress deviation indicates that construction work is completed faster where the progress of the plan is lower than the actual one, otherwise it is said to be late if it is negative. The uncertain nature of construction work causes there are 3 (three) scenarios of possible progress deviation values, so that these three values form one expected progress deviation value. A deviation of value greater than negative 10% for a duration from 0 to 70% is categorized as a critical contract. The purpose of this study was to determine the deviation of the progress of 29 construction works. Data collection was carried out on 29 construction works that had been carried out. The data is taken directly from the contractor. The results of data analysis showed that at 10% D, 11 construction works with poor performance were obtained. Information was also obtained that the construction work No. 12 have critical contracts (-11,773). Furthermore for the current construction work 30%D. 50% D and 70% D number of poorly performing construction works 12; 10; and 9. The value of the largest positive progress deviation is 15,362 at the 70% time point D. The expected value of the largest positive progress deviation is positive 1.763. By knowing the expected negative progress value, the contractor must exercise control as soon as possible before the contract expires. Acceleration can be done on activities that are on the critical path

Air transmission lines generally use ACSR type conductors. As the demand for electrical energy increases, the effort to increase the capacity of the transmission line is carried out by optimizing the current-carrying capacity of the existing transmission line, but the problem that arises in this optimization is the increase in the voltage and slope of the conductor. This study aims to determine the effect of line current instability on conductor temperature, conductor slope, slope angle and conductor voltage, which is then useful for the construction of transmission line construction structures in accordance with the mechanical properties of the conductors used. This study uses the calculation of the heat balance equation. to calculate the conductor temperature. The Basic Span Length method is used to determine the equivalent span length

This study provides an overview of the disharmony of the regional head pairs starting from the administrative formation of Central Bangka Regency to its third period. This study applies the conflict theory proposed by Ralf Dahrendorf who explains that the conflict of interest of each elite can be categorized as a struggle of position by the group that owns the authority position. The disharmony of the regional head pairs of Central Bangka is included in the authoritative conflict model that causes the occurrence of latent conflict between both of them to compete for position structure. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with the primary data obtained from the interview results with the informants including related officials, board members, civil servants, and the regional head pairs. The results of this study portray that the obtained data provide an overview regarding the conflict potential that results in the limited access for the vice-regents to perform government duties that have been regulated by law. Therefore, public and personal interests can no longer be distinguished since both interests are related to the matter of competition or race for the local election. In other words, the regents have another underlying interest to limit the vice-regents’ access to perform the government duties. Meanwhile, the last period has a different case regarding the authority role of the vice-regent to run the government since the regent concentrates individually more on his duties.

Physical development of public spaces was one of the priority programs during the Molen-Sopian administration as Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Pangkalpinang for the period 2018-2023. The availability of public space in urban areas refers to the provisions for the distribution of the proportion of Green Open Space (RTH), namely 20% Public Green Open Space (RTH) and 10% Private Green Open Space (RTH). The City Government of Pangkalpinang is faced with the dynamics of urban politics which are colored by pros and cons issues related to the development of public spaces in Pangkalpinang City. This study aims to determine the role of the Pangkalpinang City government in striving for the arrangement and management of public space in the Pangkalpinang City area as well as exploring the factors that influence the implementation process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the availability of public space in the form of Green Open Space (RTH) in Pangkalpinang City has not reached the minimum target required in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), which is 20% of the city area. The role of the Pangkalpinang City government in striving for the arrangement and management of public spaces in Pangkalpinang City includes regulators, facilitators, executors and dynamists. In the process of structuring and managing this public space, there are also three factors that influence, namely political will, the role of third parties, and budget availability.

This study examines the problem of sexually abstaining girls born out of wedlock to their biological fathers in the ijab-qabul contract in order to protect family disgrace. Clerics agree that a daughter born out of wedlock, then she is given to her mother, not her father biologically. However, what about in the pronunciation of ijab-qabul? Do girls still have to be given to their mothers? Then, if that happens wouldn't it be a container for dismantling family disgrace? So, this journal was written to find a definitive answer to the unrest experienced by children who were "victims" of their parents' dark past. This research is a library research study with a quantitative method approach. From the aforesaid description it can be concluded that the daughter is not to her biological mother has a very large mashlahah here. The syar'i proposition that forbids to speak to other than his father is a general prohibition under absolute conditions
