Abstract
The digital humanities express a double transformation: an anthropotechnical metamorphosis of the world and a changeover in intellectual practices in all their dimensions. New memories, new types of writing, the growing importance of algorithms: these evolutions constantly modify how we design editorial modes, process corpora, make maps, or access conceptual and semantic networks, as well as reading and writing practices, and hermeneutic capabilities. These skills are relatively new, and they are often difficult to apply in front of an audience with varying levels of interest and technical knowledge. In this context, we have developed and tested a set of tools that allow us to develop many of these skills in the treatment of economic, technological, historical or organisational data, and, moreover, multimodal data (text, images, graphs). Through the analysis of a corpus of patents, which we place in the field of humanities, we discuss the operational and conceptual pedagogical contributions of this approach based on real data.

Abstract
This paper describes the Reticulum workshop, a teaching experiment focused on the concept of network, involving students from two master’s courses (design and digital humanities). The workshop takes up the characteristics of the Reticulum conference cycle: interdisciplinary, interprofessional, intergenerational, intersecting knowledge and know-how. We present our approach as research-based teaching (with collaborative experimentation and knowledge production) and teaching-based research (with a study of conceptual pathways, technical choices and design mechanics). We analyse the workshop and its traces in order to show that the experiment is viable and reproducible; we examine the appropriation of the different techniques used during the workshop, and explain the underlying logics; finally, we describe the importance of modeling and visualising for reflective work, distinguishing between actual connectivity and interpretative connectivity.

Abstract
This paper explores how the Vatican institution has used its own media throughout history and after the institutionalization of the Secretariat for Communication (June 2015) created especially to communicate through the digital media (websites, social networks). Studying, on the one hand, the old sites of Osservatore Romano (Vatican press) (http://www.osservatoreromano.va/), Vatican Radio (http://radiovaticana.va/) and the Vatican Television Center (CTV) and, on the other hand, the new Vatican News website (http://www.vaticannews.va/) on-line since January 2018, aims to defend the hypothesis according to which the institutional communication of the Vatican is inserted in the so-called influence journalism or constitutes a form of media of the sources in the sense proposed by Francisco Sant'Anna (2006, 2007). In what way has this institutional and corporate communication evolved over time and, until very recently, with the opening of the new Vatican News website? From a genealogical perspective, we propose initially a historical review of the Vatican media and its use to try to understand how Catholic Christian reflection changes from the use of the Internet. Indeed, the challenge set by computerized technologies enables the Vatican institution to enter into the public debate rather than to remain isolated in terms of communication, in a context where it is subject of intense attacks and criticism, which are provided of a media echo. Abstract
An introduction to the special issue of Data Papers, which focuses on scientific and technical issues related to daters, this new kind of scientific production in the humanities and social sciences. We present here the challenges of this type of paper and its status within a scientific environment that is increasingly oriented towards the open science movement. We describe the background and the scope of what a data paper can be in the field of information and communication sciences, particularly in terms of the information it must provide and what it must include to be classified as a data paper.

Abstract
Over the past ten years, the huge increase of digital collections at the National Library of France (BNF) — Gallica, Internet archives, metadata, etc. — has opened up new perspectives, raising the issue of how researchers use heritage data. To meet these uses and needs, the BNF is setting up a new service: the BnF DataLab, aimed to support research teams in constituting and processing digital corpora. This place is designed for individual and collaborative work and opened in October 2021.

TRANSLATIONS, INFORMATION & communication technologies, and HUMAN error
Abstract
Human translation of literary works is a profession as ancient as the appearance of writing with a very long tradition. However, with the ever-growing improvements of technologies in the field of machine translation, the possibilities of adopting machinetranslated literary texts are in constant progress. Nevertheless, human evaluation of machine-translated text is a necessity. The aim of this paper is to examine what makes machine translations appear bad in terms of error types that occur within such translations. Therefore, a human error classification analysis on a machine-translated text corpus in the domain of poetry is conducted. This study could be used for improving the methodology for machine translation evaluation of literary texts. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract
This article offers a contribution to the ongoing debate within the Information and Communication Sciences community concerning the emergence of Open science. We present the results of an empirical study on digital devices implemented by and for researchers in Information and Communication Sciences in the field of research data management. What are the thematic and disciplinary data repositories in this discipline, and what are the generic repositories for the preservation and dissemination of research data ? After a conceptual analysis of research data and warehouses, the article presents the results of an empirical study based on the Cat-OPIDoR and re3data directories, with information about their contents, metadata, disciplinary dimensions and geographic location. The discussion focuses on three aspects : certification and standardization ; the issue of management, archiving and/or dissemination of data ; and the impact of data management on the disciplinary community. By way of conclusion, the article offers some recommendations for the positioning of Information and Communication Sciences and for future research

Abstract
This article presents the reasons and conditions for the realization of a cartography of a master’s degrees courses in Information and Communication Sciences in France. For several years, the SFSIC (French Society of Information and Communication Sciences), particularly with the works of its education committee, wondered about the offer of master ‘s degrees in SIC and its legibility. In order to analyze coherence of this offer on the one hand and to reinforce its legibility on the other hand, the SFSIC decided to list and categorize those courses. This cartography should also be of interest for the persons in charge of courses of master degree courses as well as for future students. This work faced many constraints of methodological and technical nature: How to identify all thess courses, which information to retain, how to rank the categories? Should we use the classifying standards of the French Ministry for Higher education or should we find criteria which would more realistic… Once we had identified and collected the data, we wondered how to represent them and how to communicate on our results. This article mentions the advance of our work and presents a first version of this cartography of the French master degrees in SIC.
