This article reports that the acoustic integrity of Capitol studios, the recording studios at Capitol Records tower in Hollywood, California, may be impacted by a nearby condominium development. The development was approved by the Los Angeles City Planning Commission in December, 2007 and subsequently appealed by record company EMI Group. Musicians such as Nat "King" Cole, the Beach Boys and Green Day have recorded at Capitol Studios.

However, retailers face challenges in selling the universal media disc format to consumers. Discussions with television networks for the broadcasting of the memoirs programs are being done by M3 Entertainment and Flamingo Features.
