The kinetics of reaction between hemagglutinating antigens and immune sera to 10 hantavirus strains (7 isolated in the Primorye territory and 3 in other regions) was studied in the cross kinetic hemagglutination inhibition (KHAI) test. An A parameter is suggested for evaluation of the similarity and differences between the studied strains. This parameter helped detect antigenic differences between Hantaan and Seoul viruses and the inter-type differences between Hantaan-like strains. KHAI is more specific than HAI in studies of antigenic relationships between strains of different hantavirus serotypes.

Kinetics of hydrogen behaviour in the process of metal cooling and crystallization was studied in the framework of model of anisothermic hydrogen diffusion in the vicinity of voids. A mechanism of derceasing a fatigue strength of weld metal because of its embrittlement owing to hydrogen absorption in the vicinity of voids was proposed.

The experiments allowing to estimate on the base of recently proposed mathematical model the temperature of local laser surface heating, linear rate of metal deposition, limited rate of lines scanning and the accuracy of microchips laser lithography were carried out. Microchips were prepared on the base of thin films of palladium and platinum compositions with organic ligands on piezo-quartz.

Oxide phases inside the pores of sintered steels after steam thermal oxidation are studied. The influence of heating rate on the oxide phase composition is considered. As against the existing knowledges about the oxide phase formation from FeO and Fe3O4 in compact cast and rolled steels, the oxides of metallic impurities (Mn, Si, Mg, Al, Ca) having the higher preference to oxygen compare to iron form in the porous sintered steels. Reduction of iron oxides fraction and increasing of corrosion resistant oxides (SiO2, Al2O3, etc) fraction in the oxide phase results in considerable rising of sintered steels corrosion resistance after their rapid oxidizing (Vheating >0.5°C/s).

Experimental study of titanium powder particles defect structure after conjoint milling was carried out. Regularities of substructure fining, changing of macroscopic interaction mechanism and kinetical parameters of particles were found as a result of mechnical activation process. Particles dislocation structure was shown to make the main contribution into interaction kinetics change.

The experimental study of mechanical activation effect on the interaction kinetics in titanium-carbon system is carried out. X-ray methods were used to study powders mixture structure formation. The law of mixture joint milling is established. The change of interaction mechanisms in the considered system was shown to occure due to mechanical activation.

Study of formation kinetics and properties of the alloyed layer on the surface of tungsten solid alloy BKG under electrospark alloying by electrode materials on the basis of titanium refractory compounds has shown that the intensive destruction of the surface with simultaneous build-up of the alloyed layer is the basic peculiarity of formation of electrospark coatings on the alloy BK6. Under these conditions the noncontinuous and nonuniform in thickness alloyed layer differs from the initial alloy BK6 in the lower microhardness and corrosion resistance rather than in higher resistance to high-temperature oxidation and higher wear-resistance.

Electric spark alloying of different surfaces with chromium and chromium-iron alloys is studied. It is found that strengthening of surface layers during electric spark alloying depends on technological factors and phase composition of chromium electrodes. Phase composition of the alloyed layer is studied. It is determined that strengthening occurs due to formation of carbide phases and defect density increase under thermal impacts. Parameters of wear- and heat resistance of pig iron reinforced by electric spark coating of chromium are studied.

Present-day methods of fault kinematics reconstruction are based not on statistical analysis of mass measuring of differently orientated fracture systems, as earlier, but on study of a limited number of deliberately selected highly informative structural situations. Such situations incorporating a combination of a gliding plane with linearity (extension linearity in newly-formed minerals, Riedel shears and striae, S-C-mylonite structure) allow reliable estimates of both the trajectory and direction of displacement. Kinetics established by these methods can be easily reproduced in repeated investigations and is a steady characteristic of the fault under study or, at least, of its major fragment. The Seryak fault, over 40 km long, was formed in the Archean and repeatedly reactivated since then. Study of 29 key situations has allowed to reconstruct the late stage of fault development as a sinistral strike-slip fault under WNW compression and NNE-SSW extension.

The physical-chemical basis of the Pleiades rule for stable isotopes has been suggested. A possibility of its application for the estimation of the nature of isotope fractionation processes is considered. Some possible machanisms of mass-independent chemical isotope effects are discussed.

An approach for description of kinetics and hydrodynamics of dense gases and liquids based on modification of conditions of Bogolubov's correlations damping to Liuvill's equations for nonequilibrium distribution function is discussed. The nonequilibrium state entropy depending on both of kinetic and hydrodynamic parameters is found. Generalised transport equations for hydrodynamic variables which are coordinated with kinetic equation for one-particle distribution function are obtained.

The dependences of coatings thickness Δ, microhardness H and density p on the time or work A expended on D16 alloy microarc oxidizing were studied. The main layer of hard coating Δh of about 80 μn thickness, H > 10GPa, p = 3400 kg/m3 was shown to be formed at A = 800 kW.h/m2. Aluminum dissolution in the electrolite to the value of 0.1 kg/m2 occured when A increased up to 1000 kW.h/m2. The coating electroforetic part mass ΔGf/A = 0,17 × 10-3 kg/kW.h while the total coaing mass was twice higher. Specific energy expenses to form a hard coating increased with current density rising.

The estimating results of various ways of aluminum hydrooxide preparation before dissolution in nitric acid are presented. The technological scheme of the optimum process drying the hydrooxide up to 3...4 % of residual moisture, mechanical activation in a desintegrator, dissolution in nitric acid without intermediate storage ― is given.

Reversible hydrogenation (to 13 cycles) of powder alloys TiFe and TiFe(Mn) are studied. Velocity characteristics of the hydrogen absorption, change of the surface value, phase composition, lattice parameters of the main phases, morphology and sizes of particles in the hydrogenation-dehydrogenation cycles are considered. It is noted that peculiarities of hydrogenation of the studied alloys in the first and subsequent cycles are specified by the state and value of the surface depending in its turn on the composition of alloys and their activation conditions.
