Survey of the productions at the 2001 Zsámbék Summer Festival which was devoted to the theme of Sophocles' drama: László Bocsárdi's version presented by the Hungarian company of People's Theatre of Szabadka/Subotica, an adaptation by Roman Sikora's "Smetení Antigony (Antigone, Swept Away)" performed by the (m) Theatre under the direction of Edit Illés and Janus Głowacki's adaptation, "Antigona w Nowym Jorku (Antigone in New York)", in a joint production of the Ketrec Gallery, Tatabánya's Jászai Mari Theatre and Zsámbék Summer Theatre directed by Árpád Árkosi.
