LOST music, MUSICAL notation, and MIME
The article relates the discovery of the missing music manuscripts composed by Kurt Weill for the pantomime "Zaubernacht" at the Yale University Library Business Office in New Haven, Connecticut in 2005. A staff found that a safe in the basement contains library committee minutes, administrative files and a group of music manuscripts with Russian texts including the "Zaubernacht." The documents at the safe were created by university librarian James T. Babb and his assistant librarian.
