This article reports that National Instruments Corp. (NI) alliance partner Drivven Inc. announces FRAME, a new standard of powertrain electronics prototyping systems. FRAME provides a broad framework of powertrain I/O computing resources developers can use to quickly achieve prototyping and testing goals. The article presents a case study on the use of LabVIEW software for the Discovery Channel Telescope (DCT) which is being developed by Observatory Sciences Ltd. and Lowell Observatory in cooperation with Discovery Communications Inc.
