(RPDG) of Escondido, California, is completing agreements for a Taiwan firm to make tools and a Chinese business to provide toolmaking, injection molding and assembly. The firm was formed in September to create prototypes and deliver long-run projects to contract manufacturers. Moran was vice president of Arrk Product Development Group in San Diego. RPDG has a 15,000-square-foot prototype facility using the services of a Tijuana, Mexico, shelter operator.
