This book contains accepted papers presented at ICEUTE 2020 held in the beautiful and historic city of Burgos (Spain), in September 2020. The 11th International Conference on EUropean Transnational Education (ICEUTE 2020) has been a meeting point for people working on transnational education within Europe. It has provided a stimulating and fruitful forum for presenting and discussing the latest works and advances on transnational education within European countries. After a thorough peer-review process, the ICEUTE 2020 International Program Committee selected 44 papers which are published in these conference proceedings achieving an acceptance rate of 41%. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the ICEUTE 2020 edition was blended, combining on-site and on-line participation. In this relevant edition, a special emphasis was put on the organization of five special sessions related to relevant topics as Role of English in Transnational Education and Teacher Training, Personalization and ICT: a Path to Educational Inclusion, Innovation and Research Findings in Engineering Higher Education, Practical Implementations of Novel Initiatives, and Innovation in Computer Science Higher Education. The aim of the CISIS 2020 conference is to offer a meeting opportunity for academic and industry-related researchers belonging to the various, vast communities of computational intelligence, information security, and data mining. The need for intelligent, flexible behaviour by large, complex systems, especially in mission-critical domains, is intended to be the catalyst and the aggregation stimulus for the overall event. There has been an evolution of the explanations on the results of research on human learning and how digital technologies have supported the design of more efficient learning environments. Previous theories such as Richard Mayer's cognitive theory of multimedia learning and John Sweller's cognitive load theory have gained signification attention and remain the two main theories within the multimedia learning field. However, there has not yet been a book compiled of several investigations on the specific 4C-ID model that covers different domains of knowledge. The 4C-ID model combines the two main theories of Richard Mayer and John Sweller to advance the field of learning and instruction. 4C-ID Model and Cognitive Approaches to Instructional Design and Technology: Emerging Research and Opportunities explores the behavioral and constructivist approaches to learning and instruction and focuses mainly on the particular cognitive approach and resulting theories and insights of the 4C-ID model. While such art has often been misinterpreted as derivative lesser copies of 'true' Indigenous works, this book unveils new histories and understandings about the mixed legacy left for Queensland Indigenous artists. Gretchen Stolte uses rich ethnographic detail to illuminate how both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists understand and express their heritage. She specifically focuses on artwork at the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art studio in the Tropical North Queensland College of Technical and Further Education (TNQT TAFE), Cairns. Stolte's ethnography further develops methodologies in art history and anthropology by identifying additional methods for understanding how art is produced and meaning is created.
