The US National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) partnered with the Indigenous Digital Archive project of the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture in Santa Fe to provide context about and connection to the National Archives' holdings of the Ratified Indian Treaties. The IDA Treaties Explorer has conserved and digitized the Ratified Indian treaties in its holdings, 374 treaties between indigenous peoples and the United States (and its predecessor colonies). The IDA Treaties Explorer lets one also explore maps and see which tribes are associated with which treaties

"The National Neighborhood Data Archive (NaNDA) is a publicly available data archive containing contextual measures for locations across the United States. NaNDA offers theoretically derived, spatially referenced, nationwide measures of the physical and social environment. Each NaNDA dataset represents a set of measures on a single topic of interest. Examples of topics to be found in NaNDA (now or in the future) include socioeconomic disadvantage and affluence, walkability, crime, land use, recreational centers, libraries, fast food, climate, healthcare, housing, public transit, and more. Measures are available at multiple levels of spatial scale, from county to census tract to block group. New measures and spatial scales are added regularly. Anyone with research questions that address "place" - researchers, students, clinicians, policy makers, public health departments, and community organizations, among others - can download NaNDA contextual measures and link them with other data sources (such as survey data, cohort studies, electronic medical records, or other microdata). NaNDA is administered by the Social Environment and Health program at the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research. Funding for NaNDA comes from the National Institute on Aging and the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research."

The Dashboard spotlights key criminal justice indicators with in-depth analysis, integration of other publicly available datasets, and user-friendly interactive visualization tools. An Open Data Portal publishes data from CA DOJ's statewide repository of criminal justice datasets in an open-source and downloadable form. It features election returns for African American presidential, senatorial, congressional, and gubernatorial candidates over time. Rich, insightful narrative explains the data and traces the history of the laws dealing with the enfranchisement and disenfranchisement of African Americans. Topics covered include: - the contributions of statistical pioneers including Monroe Work, W.E.B. DuBois and Ralph Bunche - African American organizations, like the NAACP and National Equal Rights League (NERL) - pioneering African American officeholders, including the few before the Civil War - four influxes of African American voters: Reconstruction (Southern African American men), the Fifteenth Amendment (African American men across the country), the Nineteenth Amendment (African American female voters in 1920 election), and the Voting Rights Act of 1965 - the historical development of disenfranchisement in the South and the statistical impact of the tools of disenfranchisement: literacy clauses, poll taxes, and grandfather clauses. The African-American Electorate features more than 300 tables, 150 figures, and 50 maps, many of which have been created exclusively for this work using demographic, voter registration, election return, and racial precinct data that have never been collected and assembled for the public.
