The Stanford University Libraries (SUL) Concierge Project coordinates a series of informational sessions for library staff. These sessions support the needs of Stanford scholars (faculty, staff, and students) in the following ways: - inspire and foster a service-oriented attitude among library staff and - impart sufficient knowledge about the wide variety of activities undertaken at the Libraries so that staff can provide succinct descriptions of and appropriate referrals to the various projects, departments, services, resources, and collections across the organization.
