Lucky Dog is an early Stan Laurel comedy with a small part by Hardy as a street thug whose efforts to break up Stan's relationship with his ex girlfriend are thwarted by a dog. Along Came Auntie stars Glenn Tryon as the husband of a woman who has to pretend to still be married to her first husband (Hardy) in order to claim and inheritance. Love 'em and Weep, later remade brilliantly as Chickens Come Home, involves a woman who tries to blackmail businessman Finlayson, while Laurel tries to keep her away from Finn's wife.

In 45 minutes from Hollywood, Glen Tryon goes on a tour of Hollywood and is involved in a bank robbery. In Sailors beware Stan is shanghaied aboard Hardy's cruise ship. Double whoopee is an "All-talking" version of the great Laurel and Hardy silent classic in which a hotel footman and doorman are mistaken for visiting royalty, causing havoc among the guests. Originally silent, voice impersonators later dubbed in voices to make it a talkie version. With love and hisses is a beautifully tinted original print of early Laurel and Hardy team which finds the Boys in the Army, causing trouble for Jimmie Finlayson.
